دراسة إستغلال المواد الأولية الحجر الجيري لإنشاء مصنع أسمنت جديد

Company Values & The Relationship
In response to Tunisia’s growing need for sustainable construction materials and industrial development, our team was commissioned to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the exploitation of local limestone resources. The ultimate goal: to establish a new cement production plant that meets both economic and environmental standards. Our collaboration with local authorities and geophysical experts has enabled us to combine geological precision with digital modeling technologies. This partnership reflects our commitment to supporting large-scale national infrastructure projects through advanced geoscientific solutions.
Our Corporate Business Planning
As part of this study, we carried out the following key operations: Electrical Resistivity Mapping at various depths to assess subsurface geological conditions. Development of a 3D Geological Model for the limestone formation. Creation of a Geo-electrical Cross-Sectional Model to trace the lateral extent of the limestone. Generation of a Limestone Depth Map, identifying the most promising zones for quarrying. Preparation of a Limestone Thickness Map, essential for long-term resource planning.

- Our approach ensures:
- High accuracy in resource estimation
- Sustainable quarry planning
- Digital visualization for investor and stakeholder presentations
- Risk mitigation in industrial site selection
By integrating advanced modeling tools and field data, we provide not only a technical report but also a strategic foundation for the launch of a future cement plant.
